3. The website and domain has be renewed annually. Failure to do either of these will result in your website being non functional.
4. We are not responsible for the marketing of the website and any resulting performance on search engines and social media. We will, however, ensure that the website is easily reachable and optimized for search engines and social media.
5. You are solely responsible and liable for the content such as text, photos, videos provided by you to be published on the website.
6. We will not publish any content which is infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights, violating the terms and conditions or applicable laws, unethical, illegal, obscene, pornographic, immoral, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, disparaging, harassing, offensive, abusive, or misleading.
