This shipping and refund policy is applicable for products and services purchased by you from Outweave through the website https://outweave.com/ owned and controlled by Outweave. This policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions available on the website.
- We ship printing products like Business cards, letterhead etc. physically. However, for products and services such as graphic design, web design etc. no physical delivery will be made and all the foregoing will be delivered electronically.
- Shipping charges within India will be stated separately on checkout unless otherwise included in the product price and will be charged during the checkout of product/service purchase.
- We may do overseas shipping on request of the party but the shipping charge has to be paid by you in addition to a handling fee. For international shipments, you are solely responsible for any custom duties, taxes and levies imposed by local authorities and for complying with any applicable laws (including sorting any issues raised by any custom authorities).
- We do FREE shipping on all orders over Rs 1000 anywhere within India.
- We will levy a flat shipping charge of Rs 80 on orders below Rs 1000.
- Website shipping functionality is available for India based customers only. Please contact us for overseas shipment.
- Delivery time depends on the product/services in question and will be specified on the product/service listing page.
- For certain services like logo design, custom design and like, delivery will depend on factors like feedback and may extent beyond the normal delivery schedule.
- We partner with reputed multiple carriers. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
- We may send an email confirmation and SMS with shipment tracking number and order details to you once we process your order.
- We may be unable to ship certain products to certain destinations. In such case, we will notify you promptly.
- We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific time. The shipment may be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control and we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or claims incurred by you in such case.
- You may experience certain delays in processing and delivery of shipments due to the additional safety measures we may implemented relating to COVID-19.
- For physical products, refund or replacement will depend on the condition of the product.
- If the product is in extremely unsatisfactory condition (which will be determined in our sole discretion after you send any photos or video of the material and we verify the same) we can issue a full refund or replace the product at no cost. For the avoidance of doubt, the “extremely unsatisfactory condition” means that the product is totally damaged and/or not working as per our reasonable standards. If the product is only in “unsatisfactory condition”, we will replace the product only and will not provide any refund.
- You are solely responsible for sending us the product for which you seek refund or replacement via a reputable shipping courier and we will reimburse the charges in case we find the product in an extremely unsatisfactory condition or unsatisfactory condition. We are not responsible for products that are damaged upon return or missed during transit
- For digital products we will not provide any refund or replacement but will reasonably work with you to rectify any issues that you in good faith notify to us within the timelines stated herein.
- Any refund or replacement request has to be made within 10 days of product delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any refund of the products needs to additionally meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in the same condition (saleable condition) in its original packaging (along with all the documentation, tags intact)
- The sales receipt shall be accompanied with the product
- The product must be unused
- Any refund will be credited within 14 business days after we process your request. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. all of which is at your sole responsibility and cost.
