Template: Website Down or Unavailable Notice

This is message that can be used in form of an email or a social media update to let your users know that your website is unavailable to due to technical errors or maintenance. We encourage you to add more details to it - what caused this disturbance, what are you doing to fix the issue and other technical details. It is important to keep your customers in the loop, especially when there is personal data involved. When the problem is fixed do send out another email letting them know that you've fixed the issue and also list out the measures you've taken so it does not happen again.
