Business Development Executive

You are directly responsible for helping the organization achieve sustainable growth in today’s challenging landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Devise plans, implement ideas and track campaigns to achieve sustainable business growth
  • Deliver both short and long term ROI for all the involved parties
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and research to develop future road-map
  • Risk mitigation and SWOT analysis
  • Help the marketing team with promotional activities and sales strategy
  • Coordinate with other teams / departments and drive the organization together towards success
  • Guide, train and motivate sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in Business or Commerce stream
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business development/management/administration or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with project management and/or sales life-cycle
  • Futuristic vision and the ability to think out of the box
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • Data-driven decision making ability
  • An emphatic communicator with pleasant personality
