Business Development Executive

We are in the market for a resourceful Business Development Executive to develop, implement and monitor growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets. The right candidate should be perfectly aligned with the core values of the company and its stated objectives – both from short and long term perspectives. If you are someone who can create value for the organization, its investors, partners and customers – then you are the one we are looking for.

You must have a clear thought-process with adequate understanding on how to leverage data and technology to identify trends and opportunities. In addition, you are required to work closely with the management to develop and implement business development strategy. Mitigating risk is also an integral part of the job role. Close association with marketing and promotional team is also required. You should be able to foster a collaborative environment within the organization. Overall, the role suits an individual who can gel well with professionals from a diversified background. You are directly responsible for helping the organization achieve sustainable growth in today’s challenging landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Devise plans, implement ideas and track campaigns to achieve sustainable business growth
  • Deliver both short and long term ROI for all the involved parties
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and research to develop future road-map
  • Risk mitigation and SWOT analysis
  • Help the marketing team with promotional activities and sales strategy
  • Coordinate with other teams / departments and drive the organization together towards success
  • Guide, train and motivate sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in Business or Commerce stream
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business development/management/administration or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with project management and/or sales life-cycle
  • Futuristic vision and the ability to think out of the box
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • Data-driven decision making ability
  • An emphatic communicator with pleasant personality
