Experienced Telecallers with proven expertise and ability to strike meaningful conversations are welcome to apply for this position. The role demands passionate individuals with exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in local language will be an added advantage.
You are expected to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The responsibilities include promoting business/products, following up with clients, converting leads to sales and most importantly building client relationship. You should know the art to convey and entice the clients without sounding annoying. Top notch negotiation and convincing skills are required to succeed in this role. The ideal candidates must also be an active listener and have a flair for customer service. It’s a result-driven role where the candidates are expected to meet certain deadlines and targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Be adept at handling both marketing initiatives as well as customer care responsibilities
- Provide accurate and precise information
- Ability to handle customer inquiries convincingly
- Track every lead to a meaningful closure and provide daily status to the supervisor
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum qualification is 10+2 (PUC)
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO, call center or any other relevant roles
- Strong command over spoken English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation skills and convincing power
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies is desirable
